ECS 14th Annual Customer Conference Recap

Thank you to our customers for helping us make our 14th Annual Customer Conference a HUGE Success!

With over 200 customers in attendance at each of our Conferences in Riverside and Pleasanton, we had the largest turn out so far. Our customers were treated to a full day of Laserfiche training, networking, and consulting opportunities. Customers could choose from 20 different class sessions, so there was something for everyone.

1. Classes included a comprehensive view of Laserfiche, Basic Fundamentals, Capture Tools, Customizing Laserfiche, and Laserfiche Administration.
2. Basic and advanced training for Forms and Workflow.
3. Training on Laserfiche Mobile applications, Records Retention and Management, and Integrated Technologies with Psigen Advanced Capture, and Zynbit Email Manager.
4. Laserfiche IT Administration with sessions for Laserfiche Infrastructure, Advanced Troubleshooting, and Laserfiche Integration.

We also had many of our industry partners on hand to provide additional knowledge of their products including Laserfiche, NovusSolutions, Nexsan Trusted System SolutionsCanon Scanners, Fujitsu Scanners, Psigen Advanced Capture, and Zynbit Email Manager.
