What’s New in Laserfiche Cloud

Smart Fields now includes support for over 60 additional languages including Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai and Vietnamese, plus partial support for 169 more.

Professional Tier customers can now use the automated Smart Fields extractions feature (vs. manually when first released) across workflows, import profiles and more. This feature can be enabled or disabled at any time.

Field Formulas – Perform logic, date, and math calculations on metadata templates
Metadata fixes and enhancements – editing in-use fields, reorder tables, data handling options for hidden fields
Simplifying Search – relative date searches, “older than” and “starting after” options, NOT and OR, multiple separate keywords now supported
Default repository setting and restrictions – more easily set default repository options for users and restrict those options with new UI
Forms Out-of-Office Handling – schedule user as out of office, easily reassign tasks
MFA for Public Forms Drafts – verify user has access to the specified email when returning to public form draft
Import Agent and Email Archive – reduce issues/failures, resolve issues more quickly, email profiles update without service restart
Admin Hub Enhancements – indicates when updates are available, friendly name and description, server list filtering
Customizable Login Pages – Simple UI for basic configuration, select icons, backgrounds, and color, time-based status notifications, add custom CSS
