We’re thrilled to share some exciting news about enhancements to our technical support team! As you know, ECS Imaging and MCCi joined forces earlier in 2025, and we’re now taking the next big step to enhance your support experience.
Starting in 2026, we’re uniting our two support teams, allowing us to provide you with even more resources and extended support hours. You can now reach our dedicated Technical Support Team from 5 AM to 5 PM PST, offering you greater flexibility and accessibility.
We want to ensure you have all the ways to connect with our amazing support team:

Want to Learn more about Laserfiche’s AI capabilities?
Laserfiche AI solutions are offered in the Laserfiche Cloud and Subscription self-hosted licensing platforms. Laserfiche AI integrates Generative Artificial Intelligence directly into your system. It analyzes document content, extracts data, answers questions, and automates processes that previously required manual review.
For the Self Hosted option, you can connect to your own LLM. The Workflow activity provides an integration point for Web Service connections to different AI providers and can call directly into AI services. This provides:
▪ Developer/integrator tool to easily build web services connections to external AI service in workflows.
▪ Harness AI in your own processes to automatically label and route documents.
▪ Build compliance tools such as adding image descriptions and identifying PII, redactions and endless more.

What’s New in Laserfiche Cloud
Smart Chat Enhancements
Query Folders with Smart Chat – Smart Chat can now answer questions about the contents within folders and Smart Chat will include any documents or subfolders within them when generating a response.
Copy Smart Chat Responses to Clipboard – A new copy icon in the chat interface lets you conveniently copy key sections or full responses directly to your clipboard to paste or share elsewhere whether that’s a snippet of code, a structured table, or the entire response.

Laserfiche Cloud Tip of the Month
You can change your Start page after signing into Laserfiche
Sign in to Laserfiche Cloud and navigate to the Account Administration overview page. From the app picker, select the Overview app. Next to Default application, choose your desired application. For example, if you want to be automatically redirected to your Laserfiche repository, select the Documents options. Once you set this up, you will be automatically redirected to the selected application whenever you sign in to Laserfiche Cloud.
