Paul Pastor – He has been diligent and preserving in assisting us with getting PSICapture up and running! Very pleasant to work with and is great with following through with any questions and issues we may have.
Cristobal Guerrero –Tremendous help and guidance on getting our school district started with Laserfiche Rio! He and Kevin Ng got us started on the right foot with Laserfiche. Cristobal was instrumental in getting our first form into production as well as helping us upgrade to the latest version of Laserfiche Rio. He also assisted us with custom coding to meet our Laserfiche needs. What a guy!
Michelle Suryadi – I can’t say enough good things about Michelle! Not only does she put up with me calling almost every day asking questions and for support but she is also very professional, knowledgeable and knows her stuff! If she happens to not know the answer, she will research and get back with us in a timely manner with a solution! Both she and Cristobal went the extra mile in fixing an issue with one of our forms/business process that was in production and made things work perfectly!
Jesse Martinez – A special shout out to Jesse for helping getting an issue we were having resolved so quickly and efficiently! Also, for managing such a GREAT team!
