Laserfiche News

What’s New in Laserfiche Cloud?

AI-powered Regular Expression Builder – Get real-time assistance when building or troubleshooting regular expressions in the Forms layout designer. Using artificial intelligence and natural language processing, the builder assists designers in creating and validating regular expressions, enabling anyone to more easily take advantage of this powerful tool.

Preview Forms at Any Stage in the Process – Designers can now preview and test the behavior of field rules at any stage in a process without needing to run the entire process. Previewing different stages re-evaluates field rules and displays the proper submission actions for that particular stage, so designers can easily verify exactly what submitters will see at every step.

More Ways to Troubleshoot and Fix Processes – This release adds a number of enhancements aimed at simplifying troubleshooting process logic and behaviors. In-progress instances can be retried, skipped, or stopped directly from the Monitor and Report pages. Additionally, Individual user tasks for in-progress or completed instances can also now be directly restarted or resumed without having to restart the entire process. Lastly, process administrators can now manually update uploaded files for in-progress instances to help workaround issues with uploaded files.

Salesforce to Laserfiche Migration – The Solution Marketplace includes a new template to migrate content from Salesforce to Laserfiche. Storing documents in Salesforce is expensive and Laserfiche offers a more affordable storage solution without compromising use of the Salesforce system.
