What’s New in Laserfiche Cloud
Document Summarization Updates – In this most recent enhancement to Laserfiche AI Document Summarization, summaries now cover 10 times more text in a document as before, with improved language handling and summary quality.
Lookup API/OData Reporting – Lookup Tables are now even more powerful with the new Lookup Table API. Read and update individual Lookup Table data directly from 3rd party data sources without having to use the replace workflow activities.
OData support means that you can now visualize your data with popular reporting tools like PowerBI, Excel and Tableau using little to no coding. You can now provide end users and analysts access to your critical data within Laserfiche Lookup Tables in a secure, convenient manner, to build rich visualizations and reports using their tool of choice.

Guideline for Laserfiche Product Solutions End-of-Life Timeline
In an effort to streamline Cloud development resources to the most impactful services, Laserfiche is shortening the end-of-support date for Cloud products. The offramp for Cloud is shorter due to the increased development resources of maintaining obsolete products that need testing, updating, security reviews and other continually monitoring compared to minimal impact of self-hosted. These are guidelines and the actual support period will be tied to the number of customers impacted, time to implement alternative options and other factors such as compliance, technology constraints and supply.
End-of-Life announcement date: This date designates the notification that the end-of-life process for a product begins.
End of new product sales date: Laserfiche will provide up to 30 days’ notice from the End-of-Life announcement date to the affected product’s end of new product sale date. We encourage customers to visit the answers.laserfiche.com site regularly as it contains useful information regarding Laserfiche’s end of life program.
End of Support and Subscription renewal sales date: Annual subscription renewals and Laserfiche Software Support Plan (LSSP) sales for the product will end 90 days after the EOL announcement date.
End of technical support date: The end of technical support date typically occurs up to 6 to 18 months after the EOL announcement date.

Course Description: In this course, we’ll look at how you can automate the setting of records management properties on records in your repository. We’ll also look at how we can search through your repository for records we wish to perform records management actions on.
