Terry Reisdorf – Project Manager / Business Analyst
Terry holds an MBA and two bachelor’s degrees—one in Computer Information Systems and the other in Business Administration. With over 20 years of experience across diverse industries, including retail, supply chain, insurance and financial services industry, Terry has developed expertise in areas such as software development, quality assurance, business intelligence/analytics, and project management. His technical proficiency spans ETL, AI, and data-driven technologies, with a consistent focus on continuous improvement and fostering customer success. Terry is eager to contribute to the ECS team, leveraging his extensive background to deliver impactful solutions for our clients.

What’s New In Laserfiche Cloud
Multiple Repository Support – Need more than one Cloud repository? Business tier customers will be able to expand their account up to a total of 3 repositories upon request. More details coming soon!
Cloud Documentation Insights with Laserfiche AI – Use Laserfiche AI when working with the Laserfiche Cloud User Guide, using natural-language AI chat. Reduce time spent browsing across multiple pages with traditional search results and instead get GenAI insights and how-to’s with referenced User Guide documentation pages. Try the new AI chat now available on the Laserfiche Cloud User Guide.
SharePoint Online Integration Update – A new update to the Laserfiche SharePoint Online integration for Laserfiche Cloud is now available through the Microsoft AppSource marketplace. While this is primarily a maintenance release, Laserfiche has added support for repository record series. More details about this release can be be found here.
New Course Available
Connecting Business Processes and Workflows in Laserfiche Cloud. Please sign in to Laserfiche Aspire to access this training course.This eLearning course can be accessed in Aspire, at no cost.
Course Description: In this course, we’ll build out a solution that connects two business processes and a workflow, leveraging the strengths of both designers. Specifically, we’ll cover how to configure a workflow service task and an invoke business process activity as well as set up parameters to pass along information.
Course Objectives: By the end of this course, you will be able to:
▪ Demonstrate how to run a workflow from a business process
▪ Demonstrate how to run a business process from a workflow
▪ Summarize how information is passed between business processes and workflows
▪ Recognize how parameters are used to perform work
Course Length: 15 minutes

Laserfiche Announces 5% Price Uplift for all Product Suites
To continue delivering the innovations and quality expected, Laserfiche will adjust the pricing effective October 1, 2025. This will be the first price update for our Self-hosted and Cloud subscriptions since 2020.
Effective October 1, 2025, all product suites, Laserfiche Self-hosted Subscription, Laserfiche Cloud, Laserfiche Team, Laserfiche United, Laserfiche Avante, and Laserfiche Rio and the Municipal Site packages will see a 5% uplift in software and support prices. This applies to new orders for new customers as well as expansion orders and renewals for existing customers.
Option For Multi-Year Contracts Customers on a multi-year contract term will not be affected by the 2025 adjustments. Laserfiche offers a 3-year term with a maximum and guaranteed 3% year-over-year increase for renewals. Securing a multi-year term now can help lock in cost stability while continuing to benefit from ongoing innovations. Contact your ECS Customer Success Consultant for more information on securing a multi-year contract.
