Elevating Municipal Clerks to the Next Level in 2024
ECS Imaging has a long history of supporting and keeping the Municipal Clerk industry moving forward with Laserfiche Document Management systems. For the last ten years ECS has hosted, supported and maintained the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC) Laserfiche system at no cost to the Institute. This year we provided additional In-kind donation services to migrate IIMC’s self-hosted Laserfiche system to the Laserfiche Cloud hosted environment. We are delighted and honored to be trusted in this new journey to the Laserfiche Cloud for IIMC.

The Laserfiche Empower 2025 Agenda is Now Available!
Empower classes are now open to sign up for, the Conference Agenda is packed with inspiring content including breakout sessions, labs, keynotes, and other learning sessions to set you and your organization up for success. CLOUD ACTION NEEDED: Additional Origin IP Addresses
To improve availability, Laserfiche Cloud will use one more origin IP address in each region.
▪ United States: 54.190.231.208
▪ Canada: 52.60.67.211
These new IP addresses are in addition to the ones already listed under Laserfiche Cloud IP Addresses. If you use the Web Request Rule or Application Connections features, please update your firewall rules to allow traffic from these IP addresses.

Upgrade to Laserfiche 12 within the first year after launch to receive a FREE Laserfiche 12 Gold Certification course pass for your entire organization to use. Please fill out the Redemption Form by November 6, 2025, to request a free code for your team.
Laserfiche 12 was released November 6, 2024. ECS is reviewing the release and will make recommendations when to upgrade. If you would like to be on the ECS list for upgrade to 12, please send us an email to Sales.

Whats New in Laserfiche Cloud
Workflows and Capture Profiles in Project Security: Now you can create Workflows and Capture Profiles within a Team Project space. This will allow for more types of solutions to be developed and secured within a Team Project space, letting users control, create, and manage their own processes.

New Course Available: Configuring Security for Laserfiche Applications
Laserfiche has announce the launch of a new course: Configuring Security for Laserfiche Applications. This eLearning course can be accessed in Aspire, at no cost.
Course Description: In this course, we’ll cover key concepts of Laserfiche security that apply to all Laserfiche applications as well as how to configure security for specific applications. This course is based on Laserfiche 11.
Course Objectives: By the end of this course, you will be able to:
▪ Explain key concepts of Laserfiche security
▪ Transfer key concepts of security across different Laserfiche applications
▪ Identify how to configure security for users and groups within specific applications

Certified Capture in Laserfiche (For Cloud and LF11): This curriculum will help you prepare for the Certified Capture Assessment.
