Employee Spotlight: Raymond Gonzalez
Raymond is bright and knowledgeable with 10+ years of technical experience and software development. He interned as a support technician while getting his bachelor’s degree in computer science at UC Riverside in 2015-2016. We are proud of his successful journey since, and delighted he has returned to the ECS team for a technical career path. His experience shows dedication to the technical industry with a MBA, many Google technical certifications, abilities in SQL, C++, C#, Python, R, LUA, Swift, and JavaScript. He is skilled in problem solving while communicating in an effective and interpersonal way. His technical abilities will provide ECS’ customers with advanced solutions including integrations, business process automations, scripting, troubleshooting, training and the latest in leveraging technology with their Laserfiche solutions.

New Hybrid Products Coming Available for Self-Hosted Rio and Subscriptions
Later this November, Laserfiche is excited to launch Capture Profiles and Smart Invoice Capture for self-hosted customers with Workflow 11 Update 1. This is an expansion enabling self-hosted customers take advantage of cloud-hosted innovations through a hybrid architecture. These new features are exclusively available as a subscription for self-hosted Professional and Business tier subscriptions, and Laserfiche Rio only.
Smart Invoice Capture
- Type of pre-built capture profile powered by machine learning to simplify solution design and increase ROI by automatically extracting key data from any invoice format. Click here for more info: (attached overview pdf).
Capture Profiles
- Cloud-based automation tool applied as part of workflows to extract data from individual document types to update metadata, name folders, route files and more.
- Pricing is based on profile runs per year, where you can choose up to 20,000 documents per year or up to 500,000 documents per year.
